Pedestrian, bicycle, dog bite and premises injuries

Not every serious injury happens between two vehicles. We help in these cases too.

Pedestrians and bicyclists

People on foot or on a bike have little protection in a collision. Claims usually go against the driver's liability insurance, and your own auto policy may also provide coverage even though you were not in a car, depending on its terms.

Falls and property hazards

Property owners and businesses must use reasonable care to keep their premises safe. Ice, poor lighting, broken stairs and hidden hazards can cause serious injuries. Photograph the condition right away and report it to the owner or manager.

Dog bites

Dog bite claims are often covered by the owner's homeowner's or renter's insurance. Get medical care, report the bite, and get the owner's information.

Injuries at work

If you were hurt on the job, workers' compensation is usually your main remedy against your employer. If someone other than your employer caused the injury, such as another driver, you may also have a claim against that person. We can help you sort out which claims apply.
