Why that matters to you
When you hire a lawyer, you are entitled to that lawyer's loyalty. Because we do not take insurance company clients, we never have to weigh your case against an ongoing relationship with the company on the other side. Our advice about whether to settle, what to ask for and when to file suit is based on one question: what is best for you.
Respect for the other side
Being on one side does not mean being disrespectful to the other. Adjusters and defense lawyers have jobs to do, and we treat them with appropriate professional respect. We owe them that, nothing more and nothing less. We are courteous, we are prepared, and we are direct about what our clients are owed.
