A proposed settlement has been preliminarily approved by the Court in a class action lawsuit brought on behalf of all persons who had insurance with BCBSMT or MCHA at anytime between December 29, 2000 through December 31, 2008 that were injured in an automobile or premises accident.      You have rights that are detailed in the Court ordered published Notices available on this website.  PLEASE READ the Notices carefully.  

 A settlement fairness hearing is scheduled for September 27, 2010.   If final approval is granted by the Court you may be entitled to compensation for medical expenses previously incurred even if they were previously paid by another insurer.  

·          If you recieved written notice of the class action by mail you have been identified as being entitled to payments under the terms of the settlement agreement for claims that were previously submitted to BCBSMT or MCHA.   You may have other claims that entitle you to additional payment which will require you to complete a claim form.   MCCARTHY LAW will assist you in gathering all of the information you need.

·          If you did not recieve notice of the class action by mail your previous medical bills have not been submitted and must now be submitted in order for you to recieve compensation under the terms of the agreement.  MCCARTHY LAW will assist you in gathering all of the information you need.
